THE INVESTIGATIVE CONCLUSION II!!

Some final points to add about the biblical truth of the Investigative Judgment that we may not have mentioned before.

We want all to remember the points at which these truths will come under attack, and how to see around the people sent to attack them.

1. Those who attack these truths are not sent to teach us how to interpret the scriptures concerning them correctly. They are sent to trick us into ignoring them entirely.

We met many such notable ones on the forums who attacked every fibre of the doctrine and the Adventist Church for believing in it. They did this while declaring that everyone should have their free beliefs without being opposed or criticized for it. They did all they could to convince us that the Day of Atonement in 1844 took place in September and not October 22, 1844. We then asked them to continue then showing us how to interpret those scriptures correctly, and they had to stop. We found that they had to stop, or else they would have to come to the Adventist conclusions about the doctrine from there. To do otherwise would force them to create a substitute that all would see would come from Alice in Wonderland.

This therefore demonstrates that they are lost, for they were sent to teach or deceive or compel us to ignore these scriptures entirely, and the last chapter of the Revelation shows us that fate of all such. The warnings of the Revelation telling us that if any man shall take away from the words of the prophecy of that book are lost never even scratched these people who attacked such crucial truths and were teaching us to ignore them. This is more proof that these are the actual members of the papal army, for historically they were documented to be unscrupulous and blasphemous. They took orders from their church over the bible to the point of burning bibles and killing people. Their consciences were completely submitted to the Vatican.

The reason why they are trying to force us to ignore these important prophecies, again, is because the Revelation points to the Papacy as the Antichrist, and they have found a better way to prevent us from preaching that message than merely telling us that we must not preach our message against their pope. The way they do it now is not a dead recognizeable giveaway that they are the actual militia of the Papacy infiltrated among us. Since the Revelation points to the Papacy as the Antichrist, our church believing in that doctrine would also deter us from forming an ecumenical union with Rome. This angers all the papists now infiltrated into the SDA Church also.

They would therefore fill our church and media with all kinds of different theories in order to distract us from the plain meaning of these prophecies, and then as a result would urge us to ignore them because, they claim, they are too complicated to understand or to be of any worth toward salvation.

They are the ones who made it look complicated now. Instead of focusing on Christ, they set out to study it and destroy it by attacking every fiber about it. If not for them, the doctrine would be very simple and compelling. They then, with utter blasphemy, use Christ's name as a pretext to show the world that Christianity is only Catholic.

2. They would come to try and show us that the Antichrist is not their Papacy, but Antiochus Epiphanes, who died almost two centuries before Christ was born. In doing that they would talk about the vision Daniel had in Daniel 8 where the Ram is attacked and subdued by the He-Goat. We know that the Ram represents Medo-Persia, and the He-Goat represents Greece. It was in the middle of that vision where the angel Gabriel announced to Daniel that "unto two thousand and three hundred days, then shall the sanctuary be cleansed." (Daniel 8:14). The problem is that before that actual vision was finished being revealed to Daniel, it was interrupted. The Scripture says at the end of Daniel 8:

27 And I Daniel fainted, and was sick certain days; afterward I rose up, and did the king's business; and I was astonished at the vision, but none understood it. -- Daniel 8:27.

What therefore happened was that a timetable was given for when the sanctuary shall be cleansed, but no starting point was established for the countdown. The Sanctuary will be cleansed in 2,300 days, but when will that time period start?

Adventists know that the starting point of the prophecy is revealed in Daniel 9, where the angel Gabriel endeavors to give Daniel the rest of the vision that he could not give at the earlier session because Daniel was so overwhelmed at the vision that he fainted and was sick for days. In the process of giving the starting point as the only starting point reference for time in Daniel 8 and 9, other timetables had been added. This is what was said that enables God's people to tell when to start the 2300 days:

24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. 25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. 26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. 27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. -- Daniel 9:24-27.

That first vision was given in the third year of the reign of King Belshazzar of Babylon. Ultimately the angel Gabriel returned to give him the rest of that vision in the first year of King Darius of the Medes who conquered Babylon. A good number of YEARS had therefore passed between the first time Daniel received that first message from the angel Gabriel, and the second visit in Daniel 9. Those who are sent to attack Adventism therefore take advantage of this to tell us without a doubt that the 2300 days mentioned in Daniel 8 cannot apply to the starting point that is given in Daniel 9, because the second visit is to give a totally new and different vision that is not really related.

But this is how Daniel related the entrance of the angel Gabriel in Daniel 9 to give him the vision:

20 And whiles I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the LORD my God for the holy mountain of my God; 21 Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation. 22 And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding. 23 At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to show thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision. -- Daniel 9:20-23.

Here Daniel talks about Gabriel as the man whom he "had seen in the vision at the beginning." He is therefore telling us that the vision he had seen years ago was the vision at the beginning. This means that it is not another vision, and it also shows that what he had seen before was not a completed vision. He is telling us that he received the "beginning" of the vision, but did not receive all of it.

Let it be understood that Antiochus Epiphanes cannot possibly be the Antichrist. Click HERE to see the evidence disproving the idea that Antiochus Epiphanes is the Antichrist.
